small law wording change
Oooh, this is lovely!
It's like a hatebear - like Gaddock Teeg, in fact. This one won't stop wraths, but will discourage casting random 3/3 fliers.
Legitimate ruling situation (Not for the context of the set, but when considering legacy).
If I cast a spell, that spell gets Force of Willed, then I play this guy, would I get my angel when Justice triggers?
I believe the answer is no.
Actually, this does matter since limited removal will often be very expensive.
I think there is flavor to "it wasn't against the law at that time."
Another question: Do your opponents creatures trigger Justice if you break a law set by your own creatures? The answer currently is sometimes?
Adding to Skeleton
I like the idea behind this card, but the fact that it has to stay in play to punish the opponent for breaking the law. I think it would function better as a delayed trigger. Eg, Justice - When an opponent breaks the law, put a 4/4 white flying angel creature token onto the battlefield under your control at the beginning of your next upkeep. Getting to cast a 4 cmc removal spell on ~ and not getting punished feels like a super fail.
Things that cost 6 mana should leave behind value when your opponent removes them. This is a 2 mana 2/2, if your opponent spends a 4 mana removal spell on it, then it has probably done its job.
