I think 3 mana for a 2/2 flyer, or 4 mana for a 3/3 flyer, is above the curve for artifact uncommons. Black or red only get that with drawbacks (Carrion Crow), at least below rare; and see also Gold-Forged Sentinel. So I fear this needs to cost {x}{3}. Or, possibly better, have base P/T 0/0?
