It's worse than either Urza's Bauble or Mishra's Bauble because it doesn't do anything else; but better in that the card draw is immediate not at start of next upkeep. Though it is a good little Affinity/Metalcraft enabler.

Yeah but Strteet Wraith is a 3/4 Swampwalk creature into the bargain. Mishra's Bauble only came out in coldsnap which wasn't THAT long ago.
