Could cost {w} but its not essential. Still fairly playable at its current cost.

Is it better or worse than Burden of Guilt? Just make it a frickin Pacifism that puts a token into play? Maybe 2W and "sacrifice an artifact: return ~ to your hand"?

Hm, that's a good point, Circeus. Maybe we can get rid of the 'Thopter' restriction on House Arrest at uncommon. It still is clear you want to use the Thopter for it, but then you wouldn't have to.

I agree we could just make it into a Pacifism. 99% of the flavor would still be maintained.

To work better with the GW archetype.

Most other decks will likely still use a Thopter anyways.
