I would feel comfortable with this in mono blue if it weren't for the combat phase.

Hmm. What would I do with extra end steps...

It could be UW, maybe, the "change the nature of reality" feels more W than R and W has dabbled with extra combat steps, albeit only on hybrid.

And yes, this looks very fun and I hope there's some really broken combos somewhere, though I'm not sure where.

Really? I would have thought "changing reality" was more red than white.

Huh, good point. It's really subjective what fits where. I feel like, setting rules is white and subverting rules is red, and this feels more like the first. But I'm not sure why, you could also look at it as "doubling things" which is very RU.

White can change reality by imposing a new rule on it through effects like Dovescape. Obviously not what's going on here, of course.

Yeah, I feel like red is more likely to mess with time in "wacky" ways than white
