Is this meant to be a joke card? It's pretty obvious that none of these abilities go together well.
I could see a flash ETB tapped creature working well, actually, as a drawback ability to make it cost less.

Nope, it's not meant to be a joke card, I've just been toying around with odd ability combinations after looking at the card Bonded Fetch (a defender with haste). Maybe getting rid of the haste would make it viable?
