Nice, but the creatures feel underwhelming. Maybe a 2/1 double striker for 2RW and a 1/1 with first strike and deathtouch for 1BW? Or perhaps spawn tokens instead of animating the land?
Your
suggestion seems feasible, but I think first strike and deathtouch would probably be more costly on a land. It's a very powerful combination.
Making tokens is something exciting to see on lands, at least to me, but it also tends to be quite costly.
Also, don't discount how powerful the fact that this can change forms is. It's like a creature with vigilance and deathtouch which of a powerful combo. Menace and deathtouch are interesting together as well.
Yeah, this seems pretty good already to me. I like the idea of a two man land, it adds something to the man land idea (though it's a bit wordy). Two two-colour creatures with overlap makes sense for it, although it would also be good as two single-colour creatures.
First strike and deathtouch would be absurd on a land. Making any land into a deathtouch creature is already very good. Vigilance and menace is pretty good - I think this is fine as is.
I would like to point out that Jebediah's suggestion for a

activation for a 2/1 double striker is, unsurprisingly, being printed in Oath.
Maybe I can finally begin my career as a fortune teller!
