Legendary sorcery? What's that supposed to mean?

Actually, I'm not sure why that's there. Legendary only affects permanents, but it doesn't feel epic enough as a regular sorcery.

I remember they tried to give Polukranos this ability, but it didn't quite make sense rules-wise. Deathtouch seems overkill.
