Azimuth is a navigational/astronomical term for where you take an object in the sky and 'bring it down to the horizon' and determine it's bearing against a fixed point - say magnetic north.

Given the extra ability, might it be better to stick at 2/2? That way you only obsolete Wind Drake in one way.
