You can't actually counter mana abilities, since they don't use the stack. This reads clunky to me. Why not "Counter all activated and triggered abilities. For each ability etc. (Mana abilities can't be countered.)"?

That's probably better. I know that mana abilities can't be countered. I was trying to conserve some space.
