This... Okay. Well, it's properly costed, because it's such a niche card, but it can be broken so foolishly easily. Force of will + Jin Gitaxias, or just Gustha's Scepter. Part of being in "exile" is that it won't come back unless the care that put it there has a counteraction to itself that triggers later. You're splashing around in dangerous waters here, friend.

OK, now this basically works as a Reverse Oblivion Ring in that it returns the permanent from exile only as long as it itself remains on the battlefield.
Does this version work? comments? should I make it an aura that attaches to the permanent?
