Very interesting. Detaching equipment feels a bit odd, but it's probably feasible. The rest is spot-on.

It's been done before, once or twice - Disarm and Fulgent Distraction. Or were you saying it's odd for the flavour of green? I thought the flavour there fit better than the removing Auras part. Green's all about using your natural abilities.

I think the flavor is fine. I just think it's something green hadn't done before, which makes it weird to see. I would be less surprised to see it destroy everything attached to a creature.
