Probably a bad design. This went through a lot of iterations even as I made it. The main inspiration was the Formidable line.
The first ability looks RGU, but the others look G, G, R to me. Do you think turning something into a land (and a rainbow land at that) is blue rather than green?
I agree it'd be awesome to have a cycle of charms/commands with some clan-specific Entwine condition.
Maro had said that Song of the Dryads is not a mono-green card. I see it as

I like the idea of a cycle. I wonder what the other clan conditions might be.
Changed abilities 2 and 4 so that they actually work with 1 and 3
Other clan conditions: Jeskai/Ojutai could probably be "If you've cast another noncreature spell this turn".
I wonder if Sultai/Silumgar could be "If a creature you control died this turn"?
Mardu/Kolaghan wants to be "If you attacked with a creature this turn" but that's too easy unless the effects are very minor. Maybe "If you attacked with three or more creatures this turn"?
Abzan/Dromoka I'm having problems with. "If creatures you control have at least three +1/+1 counters between them"?
Agreed on Jeskai/Ojutai.
Sultai/Silumgar could trigger off of death or maybe things bring exiled?
Mardu/Kolaghan could be " If you cast a spell for its dash cost? "
Maybe Abzan/Dromoka could count toughness. That was one of their themes, right?
I don't like the idea of specifically looking for cards with raid (or dash). Not to mention that since raid is an ability word, the rules can't actually see it anyway.
However if this one says "Formidable" on it anyway, perhaps the Mardu one could say "Raid", perhaps "Raid - If you attacked with a creature this turn, choose two instead".
There was a green-black theme of high toughness, which was onstensibly Abzan, though it felt more Sultai to me. Sight of the Scalelords, Chief of the Scale, Assault Formation and Abzan Beastmaster are Abzan/Dromoka, but Grim Contest, Foul Renewal, Kheru Dreadmaw, Kheru Bloodsucker and Sultai Flayer are Sultai/Silumgar.

Sultai could check if you sacrificed a creatures, or if a creature card left your graveyard.
