Inspiration struck. I decided I wanted to design a card based on a name.

The quote is famously attributed to Josef Stalin, but there's no proof he ever said that, so I'm leaving it unattributed.

I was worried the spell might turn out to be to powerful, but considering you also have to sacrifice creatures, I thought it might work with its current mana cost. I was thinking of making it {x}{u}{b}{b} at one point. Thoughts?
