See Volcanic Island. This is a version of (one of the older versions of) that card that would be a bit more likely to see print, since it lacks the land types. It's a bit of a reverse of the fastland cycle a la Seachrome Coast, but in a different way than Glacial Fortress and friends. It's a land with "summoning sickness." The wording is, unfortunately, a bit confusing.

I suppose the wording could be "Activate this ability only if ~ didn't ETB during your most recent turn." Is that less confusing?

I feel like it should read, "Activate this ability only if you've controlled ~ since the beginning of your last upkeep." but I can't say why. I think there was a card (cards?) that worded like that, but I can't seem to find it. The closest are the echo cards, but I don't think they're what I remember...
