I came up with this idea after trying to figure out what mechanic I could have for a Japanese traditionalist (so green), who's a merchant and industrialist. I may have been influenced by playing with Eidolon of Blossoms recently. Then I realised this was just the Seer's Sundial ability, so I thought I'd better add some mana cost. Seems potent, but not massively unfairly so.
