Hm. This isn't really a charm, but I was trying to think of other simic abilities and this is what came out. I'm not sure if all the abilities work. U and G get "bad pacifism", I think? U gets "become island" and G gets land-manipulation in general. And it's rare, but both U and G have dabbled in pseudo-artifact removal. I wish there was more room on the charm to do something less direct than "can't attack" or "loses activated abilities".
"Prevent all combat damage that would be dealt by enchanted creature" has precedent, though I think Gaseous Form is white these days. Interesting idea though.
