Green doesn't usually get "or else" cards, but it seemed to fit here: black gets "yes THIS, I don't care if I pay for it", but green gets "well, you get something cool but you don't know exactly what."

The "different names" clause is so you can't "cheat" by milling your whole deck and forcing the combo piece you want. (You can do something similar if you have two different cards with the same effect, but at that point, you've jump through so many hoops you deserve it: "return target card from your graveyard to your hand" isn't inherently that expensive, it's just avoided to stop things getting too repetitive.)
