Hmmm.. It's got as built in whirrrr. That's a 2-card instawin combo with Blood Artist etc. Probably not what you intended.

Not really sure I see what it's for, any more - Previously, it was a mana fixer. Now it's a off-colour Argivian Archaeologist ?

I'm trying to find a balance somewhere between classical RWB archetypes and RWB Shabti tribal.

This isn't just put an artifact back into hand - it's straight onto the battlefield. Which is Argivian Restoration, or Sharuum the Hegemon. (And very much in white's pie even though the Restoration is blue.) Nice.
