Mashup of Island and Rage Reflection.

Multi-copy probably isn't printable, as it's too confusing to track which copy is which, but this is the obvious interpretation of "blue rage reflection".

I debated whether it should copy existing creatures, or new creatures, or both, but decided the enchantment was more similar to the original card.

I should point out that Dual Nature is worse in two very big ways. It also seems over-costed by today's standards... though Gatherer gives it a healthy 3.5 stars, so who knows?
