Heh. Took me a moment to figure out the name. It was only when I started analysing the card that I realised (and also realised why this is rare).

The name is actually a random reference to The Elder Scrolls that is almost completely unrelated except that it sort of sounds like it makes sense. And yes, if green is west to blue's East...
This is a mono-green take on Spiritual Eddy, except that I forgot to add the extra land drop and I didn't feel comfortable giving green extra combat phases.

Reduced cost: It's not quite as good as Time Warp. Should this be mythic rare?
