Seems a little too easy to abuse.

"Ok, time for my combo to go off. {r}, didn't get it, got my other copy of this... {r} ok, there's the only other sorcery I have. Go boom now."

So I think it's a bit cheap for tutoring.

Also, yeuch, a common that involves deck searching, and shuffling a stack of cards (though at least not the whole deck). That's gonna slow gameplay right down.
