Ninjutsu for spells? Interesting.
It's an interesting idea, but in practice doesn't it basically mean "you can cast this for
discount if you reveal a 1-mana instant or sorcery from your hand, and/or at instant speed if you reveal a 1- or 2-mana instant from your hand"? I don't know if the ability to make spells 1-2 mana cheaper is worth a somewhat convoluted ability like this.
Well, it also lets you use this for "Oh, you're countering my spell; ok, swap it out for this one" But that does seem a somewhat more unusual occasion.
