colorless will be at the multi-color slot, cuz there's no colorless slot in the skeleton

You can easily edit your skeleton to have colourless card slots, if you want.

This is a pretty nifty card. It's like a symmetrical Orim's Chant. Very flavourful.

Wording suggestion for the first ability:

> Cast ~ only during your upkeep and only if you haven't cast any spells this turn.

Interesting Fog variant. Totally locks the game down for a turn. Possibly horribly problematic if you find some way to drag it back into play every turn, though.
