Yikes. Makes my eyes go wide with the possibilities... but I guess it's not normally going to play very differently to Niblis of the Urn. But it does make your cantrips great defensive tricks or pretty good preemptive blocker-denial.

I think I like it. (I certainly want it for my Derevi, Empyrial Tactician deck, which has a major theme of twiddling, a minor theme of evasion, and a good helping of things like Mask of Memory and Last Thoughts.)

Yeah, it's possible it would be too annoying, but we should try it because it's very fun for U/W deck.

Really, really wants to double up with Archivist... which does get reprinted every now and then. I don't know if this combo isn't stoppable... but I think this might ability might be too dangerous... there's bound to be something scary to do with this. Even with Merfolk Looter, it roughly says "Put as much of your library into your graveyard as you want. Build a perfect 7 card hand. Have fun."

That said, just tapping stuff should make a perfectly fine card.

Mm, yes, this might be more sensible as Minister of Impediments rather than Fatestitcher. If we're untapping things we'd probably need to charge mana on the trigger.
