Risks being annoyingly parasitic, even more than Soulshift was; but I guess it might be exciting enough to be worth it?

It's also kinda reminiscent of Splice (also parasitic), Slivers (parasitic but deciduous and popular), and Anger (stuff you think is gone is actually forever improving my board state).

I mean, this card actually says "And all my deluge cards, from now on, are cantrips." Depends what the other deluge cards do how scary that could be.
