Flash probably doesn't work the way you think it does on lands. You still can't play them during your opponent's turns.
I thought this was broken at first, but after reading the above comment, it suddenly seems much more reasonable.
I was indeed going for a play-on-your-opponents-turn kind of thing...
Yep, afraid not. You can play this during combat, which is pretty interesting as a way of being able to cast, say, Giant Growth when it looks like you're tapped out. But you still can't play more than one land on your turn (unless something increases your number of land drops), and you still can't ever ever play lands on opponents' turns.
(You can of course use effects like Green Sun's Zenith or Walking Atlas to put lands onto the battlefield on other players' turns.)
