Mirroria had a few interesting lands - the Barren Wasteland cycle and Unstable Landscape. There's also Jack's Equatorial River which is pretty similar to this, although I think I actually like your version here more.
These will play fairly similarly to the shocklands, Watery Grave and friends; the difference is (+) you can get colourless mana without paying the life, but (-) if you don't pay the life you have to pay an extra
from somewhere before they'll make coloured mana at all. Seems strong but balanced - good job.
