Is this supposed to be Mechanical Cane? Or is it like an industrial crane?

After some play test, we have found that this card is overpowered as a 1 cost steam powered. Having this equipped basically mean you can kill any creature for {1} and Tap. We have found that putting the cost at {b/2} was more balanced

I'm quite surprised to see that someone's playtesting these cards in 2015. I would be very interested to get in contact with you Volvary and hear what your thoughts are, since I'm actually starting up an Archester Revival project hoping to recreate this set with a much higher standard of quality.
