I think this card needs a "use this ability only once each turn" clause. Or make the cost higher. As it is now, it destroys half the permanents in the set for just two mana! At the least it should be mythic.

If you add "once per turn" to the ability, you might as well just make it a {t} ability.

I feel like it's best trait is being able to kill a lot of things. Keep in mind, it needs 6 mana to break one thing, 4 of which are colored, in a set where you really want to be using colorless to get the most out of what you do. If we change it, making the ability take 3 mana would be the first fix, but I don't think it needs it. This card is so demanding, I would not count on it working in more than one or two decks. This is not Snapcaster Mage or Thragtusk. This is Sphinx's Revelation at best, and more likely than not a flavorful Rest in Peace.
