Should this be strictly better than Sleep?

I think it's ok to be strictly better here and there, as long as it's not everything or a strictly better version of a really powerful card. If this was strictly better Tarmagoyf or Lightning Bolt, I would have my reservations.

It's a fair point, maybe this should cost {3}{2/u}{2/u}? Sleep is a very good card in limited.

Or we could take off the "don't untap" part and just have it be...

I believe the proposed name could use some improvement. Making it cost 1 more is a good idea. I like that.

Yeah, it could be seen as a bit naughty.
