If this elemental is made out of mana steam shouldn't it be {3} {2/u} {2/u} instead of {3} {u} {u} ?

The problem was that it didn't make sense to have artifact elementals, and all colorless hybrid cards are artifacts.

Yeah I forgot about our converstion regarding artifact elementals and I agree to an extent but I would like to point out that there has been at least one Artifact Creature -- Elemental before in Rust Elemental.
