Muahahahaha. Blood Moon as an orbital weapon. I love it.

But again - something of a blunt nerf to your shrines. Something a touch more subtle may be better, rather than a pure "Did you sideboard this? Yes? Ok, you win."

Also a reprint of Ruination costing more.

But yes, Ruination is much stronger than the kind of colour hoser WotC tend to print these days.

Youre right, a shrine deck will lose instantly.

Is this the right wording? I want players to be able to pay 2 to make a land survive.

Might be "For each non-basic land each player controls, they sacrifice it unless they pay {2}"

But eh, it's perfectly obvious what is meant. It's still "lose half your lands unless you didn't cast anything last turn" but half isn't all, so maybe ok now. I'd still prefer something subtler that's useful sometimes when they aren't running shrines all over the place.

V: You are aware that tournament manabases tend to be 80%-100% nonbasic, right?

And this is a four cost spell to make them stoppit :)
