Usually yeah - but that extra land drop powers alll of those shrines....

Does it have to be a token? That complicates the card quite a bit. And uh Alex? It doesn't fly either :)

So yeah, overcosted. Make it just {u}{g} and it's still costly; but has a niche in the set.
