Small Typo.

This is a VERY blunt instrument to nerf your "lands in graveyard are good" mechanic.

If the mechanic is completely dominant - then yeah, maybe. But you're risking "Oh, you're playing that in your deck. Well, I guess I'd better go home then." with such a broad hoser (which is, amusingly, useless against almost anything else.)

I'd suggest giving black a couple of creatures that consume cards from graveyards, instead of a blunt instrument like this. (Maybe "{b}, Exile target card from a graveyard: ~ gains +1/+1 UEOT" or something similar, like Nezumi Graverobber)

This is less blunt than Tormod's Crypt, or Relic of Progenitus. It's a very specific hoser with specific timing requirements too. I don't think people would like it even if they wanted to hose graveyards, so it might fail to excite the target audience.

I'd normally rather have Cremate.

Added Card draw to make this more intrestsing.

I wanted it to be one pure graveyard hate instant to sideboard against the Lavish theme. Because i think a card that could spam each turn would make Lavish cretures to bad.
