Looking at these red looters now maybe we should just go with Discard then Draw instead of traditional Looting.

The "Discard a card" should be part of the cost. THe way it stands you can tap this to simply draw a card when you have no cards in hand. Word it as seen on Rummaging Goblin.

If we change it to " {t} , Discard a card: Draw a card." it'll look like a Spellslinger and that's not what we want. I'm fine with Red getting a little side benefit to being hellbent. Besides another one of our cards, Stack the Deck, makes this a " {t} : Draw a card." anyway.

WotC has said red looting can draw cards when it has no cards in hand, but for some reason doesn't print ANY cards like that. I'm going to fix that problem.
