I just realized how beastly this lawyer is with fetch lands in modern and legacy. I lol'd at the thought of beating up my opponent with a lawyer.

It looks a little similar to Wild Nacatl in that it starts as a 1/1, but is 2/2 or 3/3 if you have the right lands, which was banned in modern. So not completely out of the question for limited/standard, but probably too good in a format with fetchlands.

I suppose this card wouldn't be too horrible as {1}{b}, a 3/2 intimidate for 2 is still pretty good in limited, it just requires the right deck.

I like it as a 1 drop that gets just a little better. +1/+0 and intimidate wouldn't be broken.
