I like the change on this from "look at three" to "look at two" it makes it a little more balanced and doesn't sculpt your next draw.

Is the mana cost right? From what I understand, you pay 2 to cycle this card or U to draw 2 discard 1?

I think it's fine. Storm will love it, but that doesn't matter.

Draw 2 discard 1 seems pretty good for instant speed. Comparable to Ponder or Preordain but instant... not quite as good as Brainstorm, but Brainstorm is way above the power curve these days.

I do like the "easter egg" mode where you can cast this for {u} {u} as a Compulsive Research.
