Also, Faith's Fetters uses this wording:

"Enchanted permanent’s activated abilities can’t be activated unless they’re mana abilities. If enchanted permanent is a creature, it can’t attack or block."

From a flavor perspective, this doesn't make sense shutting down enchantments. From a mechanical perspective, I think this works better not being able to turn off important artifacts. Personally, this just feels like white's answer to Hero's Downfall.

As it stands right now,it is a better version of Arrest at the cost of color density which is a big drawback in this set. I like it.
