Tutoring of any kind (aside from basic lands) feels odd at common. No other card in the game tutors artifacts or equipment at common.

There's been Totem-Guide Hartebeest, but this will heavily depend on the power of components in limited (cf. Steelshaper's Gift).

I say keep it as is until you've done playtests. It's limited that will determined whether this is common or uncommon.
