What you have here is a more restricted heroic - and that required a specialized environment to work out. On first glance I'd give two pieces of advice:

• Don't add a whole mana onto your 1/1 for such a marginal ability.
• This set is not the place for this cycle. Take this out and wait until you find the right spot for it.

Alternatively you could go all in and redesign the set around this, though I don't see any reason to support that approach.

Oh, I missed "or ability". Abilities are much easier to put into a deck to break this kind of card e. g. this goes infinite with Lifeforce Distributor.
