Hmmm, as Giant Growth is to Lightning Bolt this... almost is to Electrostatic Bolt.

Odd to see green boosting artifacts; but 'non artifact' would be WAY too good. As it is, it's pretty scary with, oh, Porcelain Legionnaire.

It's an artifact heavy block, so I figured green boosts creatures, maybe it can get a special boost for artifact creatures.
