It draws you a card whenever it is blocked; and draws you two if you have less cards?

Or is it only supposed to have it when you have fewer? That would be fair and white and nice. Both is a bit too good though.

That was an error on my part trying to put the reminder text on the card.

The simplest way to do what you want is to write "~ has [Extort] as long as...". That'll put the reminder text in the middle of a paragraph which isn't ideal, but it's the best Multiverse can offer at the moment. Of course you could always rearrange the text to say "As long as you have..., ~ has [Extort]."
