I like the rest of these (now that you've added "exile it" to the Re-root reminder text). But this one seems quite absurd. Kill my two-drop on turn 2 to get a 5-mana creature straight onto the battlefield? Perhaps Timber Protector, Vulturous Zombie or Weatherseed Treefolk?

Ooh. A personal Nature's Revolt. Leaves you somewhat at risk of the opponent casting Nausea or similar, but I guess if your deck has enough 1-mana Plants/Treefolk in, you may not mind.
I suggest you put reminder text on the first ability and not on the second.
Changed Re-root mechanic to have a syntax which made this card not work. So made a Plant/Treefolk lord instead.
