I like the nice way round the normal downside of an aura though. Kinda like totem, only not as good.

So.. eight cost? Really? Ouch.

Six maybe?

Given Eldrazi Conscription and Angelic Destiny, I think 5, for a legendary mythic. (Its current 8 mana does not compare well with the Conscription. 8 mana for +5/+5 trample deathback, or +10/+10 trample annihilator 2?)

A legendary Aura? I feel like Auras have enough downside already.

Ah c'mon, it's mythic. You're not gonna own one, let alone two - so what's the problem?

Although yes, it is kinda funny. "I have the strength of the immortals! / No, I have the strength of the Immortals! / Well, I'm spartacus, nyahhh."

It wouldn't be the first legendary Aura... Genju of the Realm :)
