Mashup of Early Frost and Devastation Tide.

I ignored the miracle ability and just concentrated on the complementation of the spell effects. A couple of false starts led me to, I think, the simplest combination. Has this been printed before?

­Twiddle + Unsummon. Very natural blue instant effects. But no, I don't think it has been printed before. I wouldn't be surprised to see it printed before too long though: Lost in the Mist and Quicksilver Geyser show they're filling in those simple combinations. (Also show that combining two cheap tricks sometimes makes a considerably more expensive trick.)

My first thought on the mash was inspired by the "nonland" in Quicksilver Tide's text. It comes out a bit more fiddly, but would be something like:

> Choose up to three target permanents. For each one, if it's a land, tap it; otherwise return it to its owner's hand.
