Hmm, a mill wizard.
It's gonna be a very strange game where it matters though - you've got more than 40 other mill, but less than 60, AND can get attacks through, but not enough attacks to be fatal, even though you've dedicated your deck to mill.
It does make 0 power creatures dangerous though; which is amusing. Quantity over quality, eh?
0-power critters won't do much, since they don't count as "dealing combat damage" if they deal 0.
This seems fine. Most mill-themed one-drops don't do much (Merrow Witsniper anyone?). This at least has potential to be useful against people gaining lots of life, or hiding behind Worship.
Oh; odd. I thought they would.
Suggest making it rare then; for it's nichness.
