If "Kill for Her" has rules meaning and associated reminder text, it should not be italicized.
There is very little meaning to a restriction to three activations here. Overall not too impressed with the mechanic. What are the implications of activating during another player's combat, but potentially multiple times? Does it favor a passive play style?
I don't know whether basing the effect of the activation on the mana value/characteristics of the discarded card still feels like spellshaping.
The artifact destruction also seems rather tacked-on. No real synergy between the parts of the card.
