Huh. What an odd card.
I see no reason why it shouldn't exist, nor why it wouldn't work. It WOULD be very annoying as a fifth-colour fixer when you draw that last colour of land, mind you.
Perhaps it also needs the line "...or add
..."?
It's a bit better than Star Compass, but I think it's fine. It's a straight conversion of Reflecting Pool into
-cost artifact.
EDIT: Wait, could not produce? Ah, in which case it's the land->
-cost-artifact port of Imaginary Kingdom, which ends up much more sensible than the land form.
Am I bad and wrong for wanting to enchant this into becoming a land somehow? just to invoke that "But it can produce, oh flip." recursion?
