If you capitalize "Planeswalker" on the type line, the proper frame will appear.
Her +2 ability seems really powerful for a + ability, though I guess a 7cc planeswalker can be extra-OP. Her emblem seems useless, on the other hand. I like both of her - abilities, but the -8 could probably just say "Creatures can't block this turn." That way, it's marginally more useful in multiplayer. It still doesn't seem quite good enough to be an ultimate, but I guess it lets you alpha strike at will. (So would a Wrath of God effect.)
Edit: I started typing this comment before your first change. Getting rid of haste in the first ability and dropping the type-changing emblem are definite improvements.
